I wish I could give this a better rating. I really do. I know that there are people who are deeply in love with the movie and that it's a sentimental favorite. But there are portions of the movie where I was bored to tears.
I'm from California, so surfing is either something you do or something that you're sick of...

I think every red-blooded female the world over has at some point watched this movie and oogled over either Patrick Swayze or Keanu Reeves, and if they haven't they should I highly recommend it. I first watched this in my teens and being very hormonally charged at the time I dreamed of a Patrick, Keanu sandwich, and cursed...
