This was the first movie that Reese Witherspoon was ever in and it's the movie's main claim to fame.
I don't know why, but it's always so hard for me to differentiate between the London twins. In this case, the brother in question is Jason. (The other brother is Jeremy.)

A sweet little film mostly notable because it shows the talent that Reese Witherspoon had at a young age.
