City Slickers (1991)

A man hitting his middle age marker decides to go on a trip with a couple of his buddies, learning how to rope and herd cattle. Along the way they meet an old ranch hand and discover more about themselves and what they are capable of.

One of the things that makes me saddest when I think about this movie now is that both Jack Palance (who one a Best Supporting Oscar for his role here and did one armed pushups when he did to prove he wasn't that old) and Bruno Kirby who was a close friend of Crystal's and had been in several films with him are now dead....
