Mostly forgotten film about the Irish mob in New York starring Sean Penn, Ed Harris and Gary Oldman.

Sean Penn stars as a man who has returned to his old neighborhood and is reuniting with friends from the past, including Gary Oldman, who is a crazed mobster and brother of Ed Harris, the mob boss.
