Run (1990)

A law student and part time mechanic is asked to drive a Porsche to
Atlantic City for a client. When he gets there, he is mistaken for
someone else and ends up in a card game with a mobster's son. When the
son loses a poker game to the guy and begins to chase him down, he
trips, hits his head and dies. The mechanic is now on the run from the
mob who believe that he was responsible for the son's death.
