This is right at the verge of the 80's action era dying slowly in the film world. I guess they were trying to milk it for everything it was worth. Already having so many cop films that paired the most unlikely of partners such as Lethal Weapon, Beverly Hills Cop, Tango and Cash and even Turner and Hooch.

You've seen it all before. There just aren't any new ways to tell the story of the verteran cop and the rookie. Even Clint Eastwood has done it before as Harry Callahan.
So, if you like Clint Eastwood (starred and directed) and Charlie Shhen, then maybe this is worth your time.
I tuned in for a chance to see Raul Julia...
