Rocky 5 (1990)

Balboa is back and broker then ever. After losing his fortune due to Paulie making a bad investment, Balboa is forced back to his roots where he first fell in love with Adrian. Due to health problems he cannot obtain his boxing license so he opens Mickey's gym back up and starts training boxers. A new promising boxer by the name of Tommy Gunn comes along and begs Balboa to train him. Rocky must now decide if he can train Gunn to go the distance and win the Heavyweight Championship.

This is quite possibly my favorate Rocky movie of them all.
