This low-budget crime thriller has the feel of a major blockbuster and owes its roots to the hard-edged crime movies of the 1930s. This movie is awsome such a star studded cast.....was considered very violent, for the time frame it came out,, its a guy getting out of prison, (enter chris walken frank white) who makes a living killing all the bad guys from dope dealers to prossititues and their pimps, he has a gaol to save up 16 miliion in a quater of...
