Getting less credit than it is owed due to the fact that there were so many well known young actors features, FLATLINERS is actually a great flick. Medical students who want to experience death, the group of friends go to extreme lengths to construct the process with which to do so.

What if we kept killing ourselves over and over again? That would be sweet, wouldn't it?

A cool idea that tumbles into a pretty stupid movie. It has a hot young cast that went on to far superior projects, no surprise that it is the over-rated Joel Schumacher who directed this mess.
