this movie was horrible,, very borring about a guy and a wolve, actually sticking around for the indian war thought he was indian and he got killed ...wow kevin costner does it again, i think i turn on Waterworld.....NOT *and a half douglas.......................................................................

Kevin Costner with this film fooled everyone into thinking he could direct films and have them all be this good.
Costner's acting is actually the same as it is in almost every other film, but the feelings and mood this films manages to create despite him makes this one of the better Westerns of the Era.
